These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between paok fc and its users. From the moment you access this platform, you fully accept these Terms. The Terms apply in both English and Bengali; if there is any inconsistency between the two, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

paok fc operates this service exclusively for residents of Bangladesh. Anyone located in an area where online gaming is legally prohibited must refrain from using this platform. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to be aware of the laws in their area.

To open an account on paok fc, users must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided during registration must be completely accurate and correct.
• Only one account is permitted per person. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, address, mobile number or payment details is prohibited.
• The user is fully responsible for keeping their account password and login details secure.
• An account may not be operated in the name of, or on behalf of, a third party.

2.1 Account Security

paok fc reserves the right to verify a user's identity and age at any time. Any of the following documents may be requested for verification:

• A copy of the National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• OTP verification on an active mobile number.
• Documents proving ownership of the payment method.

If verification is not completed within the given timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended. Withdrawal requests may be delayed while verification is in progress.

The following methods are supported for depositing and withdrawing funds on paok fc:

4.1 Source of Funds

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and a total of ৳10,000 (৳1,000 × 10) must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• A bonus may only be usable on specific games or sections — see the details on each offer's page.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they remain as bonus balance until the wagering requirements are met.
• If a bonus is cancelled from an account, winnings earned with that bonus may also be cancelled.
• Proven bonus abuse will result in account suspension.

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and market. These limits are subject to change. Once a bet or spin is accepted, the limits in effect at that moment apply.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a round is left incomplete due to internet disconnection or server issues during a game, the outcome of that round will be determined according to the game provider's system records. paok fc reserves the right to void any amount displayed as a result of a technical error.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets for cricket, football and various other sports. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets on that market are generally cancelled and the original stake is returned, unless the rules of a specific market state otherwise.

paok fc's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit. The highest cashback rate is 1.5% at the Diamond tier.

VIP cashback is a fixed percentage of the week's net losses. For example, if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

• Cashback is calculated once per week.
• VIP tier level may move up or down based on activity and at paok fc's discretion.
• VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the paok fc platform:

• Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Collusion or conspiring with other players to determine the outcome of a game.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform's software.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on their behalf.
• Opening an account or claiming a bonus using false information.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately, all balances may be forfeited and legal action will be taken if necessary.

9.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. If there is a remaining balance before the request is processed, it may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable rules.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

If you are concerned about gambling addiction or losing control, please read paok fc's Responsible Gaming Policy and use the self-exclusion option. Activating this option will completely block access to the account for the specified period.

9.3 Suspension at paok fc's Initiative

paok fc reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice due to a breach of terms, suspected fraud or security reasons.

• Any game or bet affected by a user's internet disconnection.
• Transaction delays or failures caused by a third-party payment provider.
• Service interruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks or government restrictions.
• Loss to an account resulting from a user's own negligence or security lapse.

Gaming is inherently risky. Users join the platform with full awareness and acceptance of that risk.

paok fc reserves the right to change, add to or cancel these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or via a platform notification. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
